Chivas.com was designed as a brand experience and content platform to increase engagement and drive return visits. We achieved these goals by reinforcing the Chivas heritage and delivering a luxurious customer experience worthy of the brand's impeccable reputation.
We set out to create a site that was as smart, stylish and seamless as the best-in-class sites out there. For time-poor, discerning customers, the site included a set of intelligent features that had the ability to learn from users' online activity, ensuring that the content served was as personally relevant as possible to each individual.
The whole experience was built around the Chivas brand values – ambition & generosity, craftsmanship & community are at the heart of the design.
One of the key features for the website was the captivating story of Chivas Brothers and the birth and evolution of the Chivas Regal brand. Fortunately, this story is rich with fascinating anecdotes that make it truly special. Our challenge was to transform this compelling narrative into an engaging piece of digital storytelling.
To achieve this, we designed and developed an elegantly crafted interactive experience that guided visitors through the brand’s most remarkable moments. The storytelling was brought to life with stunning imagery, films, and interactive animations, allowing users to immerse themselves in Chivas Regal’s heritage while learning about its most significant milestones.
