Chivas.com was designed as a brand experience and content platform to increase engagement and drive return visits. We achieved these goals by reinforcing the Chivas heritage and delivering a luxurious customer experience worthy of the brand's impeccable reputation.

A luxury digital platform for all things Chivas

As the interaction between people and brands continues to evolve, we wanted to provide Chivas customers with a progressive, engaging and seamless Chivas experience. Our aim was to be the most iconic whisky website. The new Chivas.com was designed to be a flexible hub from which we could tell the Chivas brand story, launch campaigns, provide product information and cocktail recipes. It was designed to be the home for all their digital activity. All in a style and tone that was distinctly Chivas.

We set out to create a site that was as smart, stylish and seamless as the best-in-class sites out there. For time-poor, discerning customers, the site included a set of intelligent features that had the ability to learn from users' online activity, ensuring that the content served was as personally relevant as possible to each individual, all built around the Chivas brand values – ambition & generosity, craftsmanship & community.

We designed and developed an elegantly crafted interactive experience that guided visitors through the brand’s most remarkable moments. The storytelling was brought to life with stunning imagery, films, and interactive animations, allowing users to immerse themselves in Chivas Regal’s heritage while learning about its most significant milestones.
