Being one of the most successful technology brands of the past decades is not a guarantee to succeed in the future. HP knew this all too well and was immersed in a game-changing process to reshape their business focus from selling hardware to selling services.

Our key objective was to help HP shape and implement its new business strategy through the creation of a new digital service that leads HP's digital transformation and helps the business evolve from being a hardware provider to becoming a service one.

We aimed to help HP articulate a digital service that supports its customers throughout their entire journey, establishing long-lasting relationships with them, reinforcing current business opportunities and generating new ones.

Our purpose was to deliver a set of service strategy goals and design principles to make the new service an essential everyday tool to serve HP customers. The service has been designed to strategically scale and adapt to HP future business needs.
