Our objective was not only to refresh the brand, but to rearticulate what makes IEBS unique in an increasingly crowded market, while also uncovering new business strengths and potential revenue streams. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, we identified a set of consistent anchors that, in the eyes of students, professors, and team members, represented the core strengths of IEBS as an institution. Building on these insights, we developed a brand territory centered on two defining concepts: leadership and innovation. We then translated these pillars into a clear, credible, and compelling proposition, one that not only reflects the true essence of IEBS today, but also provides a strong foundation for the school’s long-term future.

The result was a vivid, modern, honest, confident and inclusive brand built around the claim “Learn. Innovate. Lead.” This new identity not only repositioned IEBS as a leading institution within the executive education sector, but also conveyed the authenticity and integrity that have always defined the school. Beyond its external impact, the rebrand has also strengthened IEBS from within. The new identity provided a unifying cultural framework that helped the internal team align around a shared vision, boost confidence, and embrace their role as leaders.
