With more than 200,000 alumni across Spain and Latin America, IEBS has established itself as a leading reference in executive education, proving that excellence and accessibility can coexist. Its forward-thinking approach continues to shape the next generation of entrepreneurs and digital leaders. Following the success of the brand redesign led by North of Now, IEBS turned to us once again to reimagine its core sales platform and user experience. This collaboration demonstrates how strategic design and innovation can elevate a digital platform from functional to transformational. By aligning brand, experience and business objectives, North of Now helped IEBS reinforce its leadership and accelerate growth in the competitive executive education landscape.

One of the many challenges for users was identifying the right type of program. To simplify this, we introduced a clear colour-coding system that helps users quickly distinguish between different categories of learning — from MBAs to Short Courses.

As part of a broader rebranding initiative, IEBS sought to redefine its digital presence through a complete redesign of its website, which serves as its primary sales and engagement platform. The challenge was twofold: on one hand, to attract and engage a broader audience of professionals seeking to advance their careers through innovation-driven education; and on the other, to increase conversion rates by ensuring that the website experience effectively guided visitors from exploration to enrollment. All of this had to be achieved while expressing the brand’s core values of leadership and innovation through a seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experience.

North of Now led the project direction from strategy through to delivery, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of partner agencies in CRO, SEO and analytics. Together, we defined the strategic direction, digital branding and full experience design, encompassing UX, UI and content. Our previous role in the IEBS rebranding gave us a unique advantage in understanding the brand’s identity and positioning. This familiarity enabled us to translate strategic intent into a cohesive digital experience that felt unmistakably IEBS, uniting brand and product as one. We developed a data-informed strategy grounded in research, connecting the new brand identity to measurable performance outcomes. The site architecture and content were designed to guide users effortlessly from discovery to conversion, ensuring clarity and trust throughout the journey. In parallel, the visual and interaction design captured the brand’s energy and leadership in digital transformation. To enhance usability, we introduced an AI-powered assistant offering contextual help across the website, supporting decision-making in real time. The result is a high-performing digital experience that balances aesthetics with functionality. Delivered through a phased rollout, the new platform enables continuous optimisation and alignment with IEBS’s evolving brand and business goals.
